Security and data handling

You are trusting us with a client's bank statements. Here is who we are and how we look after them.

The company

• Productimiser Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15016956.
• Registered office: InfoHub, 41 Petley Road, London, W6 9SU.
• Productimiser also runs ExactSum, the bank statement engine that reads every LoanLogs case.
• We are not a lender or a broker and have no commercial relationship that pays us for leads. No lender can see LoanLogs cases.

Cyber Essentials certified

Productimiser Ltd is certified under Cyber Essentials, the UK government-backed scheme that checks an organisation's defences against common cyber attacks.

Your client's statements

• Statements are deleted 7 days after upload, or straight away when you press delete. Only the report stays, until you delete the case.
• A case belongs to your own login only. No lender, and no other LoanLogs or ExactSum user, can see it.
• We never contact your client and never pass cases, statements or leads to lenders or other brokers.

We backtest our verdicts against real lender decisions and publish the result, good or bad. See the track record.

UK GDPR

For your client's statements you are the controller and we are your processor. Our data processing terms set out what that means, and the privacy notice covers your own account data.
