Terms of use

Last updated 6 October 2026. By creating an account or running a case you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

LoanLogs (loanlogs.com) is run by Productimiser Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15016956), registered office InfoHub, 41 Petley Road, London, W6 9SU. Productimiser Ltd also runs ExactSum, which reads the statements behind every LoanLogs report. In these terms "we" and "us" means Productimiser Ltd and "you" means the person or business using LoanLogs.

2. What LoanLogs is, and isn't

LoanLogs is a tool for commercial finance brokers, advisers and other finance professionals. You upload a business's bank statements and we give you an indicative lending range, a verdict on whether the deal looks worth pursuing, a list of the existing finance we can see, a cash P&L and the points a lender is likely to ask about.

Everything in a report is indicative. It is worked out from the statements and common lender rules of thumb. It is not a credit decision, a credit reference or credit score, financial or legal advice, or an offer of finance. Lenders apply their own criteria and may reach a different answer. We are not a lender or a broker and we don't arrange finance.

3. Who can use it

LoanLogs is for business use only. You must be 18 or over and use it in the course of your business. Because you use it as a business, consumer protection rules for individual consumers don't apply to these terms.

4. Your account

Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person; colleagues should have their own.

5. Cases and payment

6. Your client's statements

When you upload statements you confirm that you are allowed to share them with us for a genuine business finance enquiry, and that your client knows their statements will be checked this way. For your client's information you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, only to produce your report. Our privacy notice explains how we handle it, including deleting statements after 7 days.

We never contact your client, never pass your cases or leads to lenders or other brokers, and never sell case data.

7. Reports, the verdict and share links

Check anything important against the statements before you rely on it or pass it on. The verdict (Worth chasing, Borderline or Unlikely to fund) is shown only to you and is not on the PDF or a shared link.

If you create a share link, anyone with the link can view and download that report until you switch the link off or delete the case. Only share it with people you mean to.

8. Fair use

Please don't:

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close an account for any other reason, we will refund any unused paid cases.

9. Our content

The LoanLogs software, report layout, wording and lender register belong to us. Your reports are yours to use in your business. Lender names and logos are trade marks of their owners; LoanLogs isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any lender.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep LoanLogs running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error free. We may improve or change features, and may change prices for cases you haven't bought yet.

11. Liability

We work hard to read statements accurately but can't guarantee every figure. We are not liable for lending decisions, lost deals, lost profits or any indirect loss. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

12. Closing your account

You can stop using LoanLogs at any time and ask us to close your account by email. When we close it we delete your cases and reports.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you by email or in the app about any change that materially affects you before it applies. If you keep using LoanLogs after that, the new terms apply.

14. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute. Questions: support@exactsum.com.
